Tori Hutchinson becomes Chief Operating Officer

We’re excited to announce that Co-founder Tori Hutchinson has been promoted from Head of Operations to Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect following her oversight of several significant successes here at Bolt Cover.

We’ve recently (i) secured our funding round, which is now oversubscribed and (ii) we have exceeded revenue target three months in a row. Tori’s promotion recognises her stellar performance in helping us get where we are today.  

This announcement speaks volumes about Tori’s dedication and talents; her collaborative approach, ability to tackle new challenges, and exceptional organisational and project management skills are instrumental in our success. She has a natural talent for connecting with people and brings intellectual rigor to every operational process here at Bolt Cover.

Tori's oversight of the implementation of AI, advanced data analytics, and process automation has saved months of development time and enabled Bolt Cover to rapidly scale and service our stakeholders with accuracy and speed. She also played a critical role in the early stages of the business by helping to design and implement our systems, such as finding and securing insurance capacity.

Over the coming months, Tori will be busy growing an already amazing engineering and technical team, expanding our retail partnerships, enhancing services for our insurers, launching another new insurance scheme by the end of Q1-2025, and driving our tech expansion plans for 2025.
