What we typically cover
Make sure you check your full Policy Wording for full details of what you’re covered for, as well as any requirements and exclusions, but here are some of the coverages we provide:
Accidental Damage
Our products provide a repair or replacement service for your insured item should it be unexpectedly tarnished (e.g. scratched, snapped, stained etc) beyond reasonable use.
Theft
Should your insured item be stolen, we will service you with a like-for-like replacement. You will need to obtain a police incident report to make a claim.
Structural Defects
Flaws and imperfections that arise after the manufacturer’s warranty expires are covered with either a repair or replacement.
Typical exceptions
We can’t offer cover for any non-UK residents. Our coverage only starts once the item has been received/delivered.
